Listing of Repayments

In this module, you can generate a report of loans that have been paid back.

How to view the listing of repayments report

To view the listing of the loan repayment during a period report you go to Loans->Portfolio Reports->Repayment List A screen that looks as follows will appear:

• Repayments from:  In the drop down box, select the date from when the report should start e.g. "01/05/2014" and in to drop down box select the date when the report should end e.g., "10/05/2014".
• Include repayments of written-off loans :  When this option is selected, the listing of loan repayments report generated will show all loan repayments made including those for the written off loans both before the write-off and after the write-off dates.
• Include only repayments of written-off loans made before write-off date/time:  When this option is selected, the listing of loan repayments report generated will show all loan repayments that were made up to the day a loan was written off.

• Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".

Note that Loan Performer offers the flexibility of displaying the report in different currencies.

• Branch Code:  From the drop down box, select the branch for which the payments made during a period report should be generated or tick the For all option to generate the report for all branches.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Portfolio Report Formats.

Click on the OK to generate the listing of repayments made that will look as follows:
